brain death

Is brain death really “death of human being”? Now brain death is considered that it is death of human being generally. But it becomes great social problem. The heart does not stop, but a person is considered that he dies when the movement of his brain stops. Certainly his brain died so he cannot move, talking and eating. However his heart still works. Therefore his body grows up increasingly. It was settle that brain death is death of human being at diet. At the same time, two things settle at diet. First it is abolish that the age limit of organ transplant. And if you do not denial when you are living, you can do organ transplant with family agreement. I was very shocked because I thought that death means stop the heart moving.
I think that there is problem about this law. For example brain death and organ plant is temporary medical treatment. But the law shows that death of the person by the law. There is the danger that to do arbitrary about organ transplants decision. And there is no solution by government. Surely a person who has brain death family cannot satisfy about this law. They cannot think that my family dead because their heart is moving. I think that this law is very hard for a person who has brain death family. But a person who waiting organ transplant is very thank for this law. I do not think that brain death is death. Surely a person who brain dead is brain dead and cannot move by themselves but they can move heart and live with all their might. Government should present more plain about death and should do to guarantee for patient. I cannot agree with this law.
